An App for an App List

A helpful list of apps that could stand in for each other. Knowing that we work in education, a field that is not exactly rolling in the money, we wanted to give you a list of apps that could potentially do similar things as one particular app for you in your classroom. While they will not be able to do everything the original app does, they will be able to do enough that you could still successfully teach many of the lessons on this website. Then, as time goes by you can add to your app collection in the classroom and make your lessons more diverse.

  • Apps that are bold are only for iPads.

  • Apps that are in italics are only for Chromebooks.

  • Apps that are bold and in italics can work on both devices.

  • Websites are simply written as websites.
